CREA HISTORIAS QUE TENGAN ALGO QUE DECIR.
Estilo de Vida is being built for women with full lives, real questions and no shortage of decisions to make. That means the people behind the content have to care about more than simply filling a screen.
We are building a collaborative team of producers, storytellers and creative thinkers who are curious about people, serious about the details and interested in making information genuinely useful. Our work moves across television, streaming, digital editorial and branded content, so we value people who can think beyond one format and help a good idea become a strong story wherever the audience finds it.
How We Work
We believe good production is equal parts creativity, preparation and follow-through. Ideas matter. So does answering the email, checking the fact, catching the typo, making the deadline and finding a solution when the original plan changes.
Estilo de Vida is an InnerWorld Media Group original, which means our team works at the intersection of editorial storytelling, production, audience experience and commercial creativity. We want the finished work to be polished, but we also want it to have a reason for existing.
Current Opening
Associate Producer
A hands-on production role supporting story development, research, pre-production, shoots, post-production and multiplatform publishing for Estilo de Vida. We are looking for someone organized, resourceful and editorially curious who can help move a story from an idea on a page to finished content on screen and online.
The Role
Estilo de Vida is seeking an Associate Producer who can help turn strong ideas into polished, useful multiplatform content for Latina women in the United States. This is a hands-on production role for someone who is equally comfortable researching a story, organizing the moving pieces behind a shoot, shaping a segment, tracking approvals and helping content make the trip from concept through post-production and digital publication.
The Associate Producer will work across television-style segments, streaming and digital video, editorial content and branded storytelling. The right person is organized without being rigid, editorially curious, resourceful under pressure and able to keep details moving while protecting the quality and purpose of the story.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Executive Producer and production team from story development through final delivery.
- Research story ideas, subject matter, experts, products, organizations and potential contributors; organize findings into clear production-ready materials.
- Assist with development of segment concepts, treatments, outlines, interview questions, scripts and other editorial materials.
- Coordinate guests, experts, brand representatives, locations, schedules, releases, production materials and day-of logistics.
- Participate in pre-production meetings and maintain production calendars, status trackers, call sheets, notes, approvals and follow-up items.
- Help prepare producers, talent and contributors for interviews and shoots, including background research and briefing materials.
- Support field and studio production as needed, anticipating what the team needs before it becomes a problem.
- Review footage and interviews, identify strong moments and story beats, and support the creation of selects, paper edits, edit notes and post-production direction.
- Work with editors and producers through revisions, fact checks, graphics, captions and final quality-control reviews.
- Adapt and extend stories for the Estilo de Vida digital ecosystem, including streaming, website articles and short-form video, while preserving the core editorial idea.
- Support branded-content productions while maintaining a clear audience-first editorial experience and tracking required partner approvals and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project files, production documentation, asset organization and version control across concurrent assignments.
- Collaborate across creative, production, editorial, digital and commercial teams to keep projects on schedule and communication clear.
- Bring forward story ideas and practical solutions—not simply a list of problems—when production realities change.
What We’re Looking For
- Professional experience in television, video, digital media, editorial production or a closely related production environment.
- Strong research, writing and story-development skills, with the judgment to separate useful information from noise.
- Excellent organization and follow-through across multiple deadlines, contributors and production details.
- Working knowledge of pre-production, production and post-production workflows.
- Comfort communicating professionally with experts, executives, talent, brand representatives, vendors and production crews.
- A sharp eye for detail, accuracy, continuity and the small things that can quietly derail a production.
- Ability to take direction, work independently when needed and raise questions early rather than after a deadline has passed.
- Digital fluency and an understanding that one strong story may need to work across long-form video, short-form video and editorial platforms.
- Interest in the lives, interests and experiences of Latina women in the United States and respect for the diversity within that audience.
- Spanish-language capability is highly valuable for this Spanish-language property; professional production judgment and clear communication are essential.
You’ll Do Well Here If…
- You are the person who notices the missing release, wrong lower-third spelling or unanswered email before it becomes a fire.
- You can move between creative thinking and production logistics without treating either one as somebody else’s job.
- You like asking one more question when it makes the story better.
- You understand that useful content can still be beautiful, entertaining and commercially smart.
- You are comfortable in a growing environment where good ideas are welcomed and everyone is expected to help get the work over the finish line.
